It seems they changed the shipping mode. Mine arrived in a large box, shrink wrapped then double bagged in clear clean plastic. No complaints about the shipping/packaging.
It fluffed up in just a few hours. 24 hours later it’s just 7.5 inches, but for the price with the intention of’s not really a deal breaker. It still smells nasty despite leaving the window open to the 16 degree winter air over night. This might be a significance if you buy it in the winter.

excellent comfort
build quality is adaquate. its two foam pieces glued together and then wrapped in cheesecloth and glued over again. whoever wrapped the cheesecloth didnt do a excellent job sealing it, there are still spots exposed.
you are given a cheap sheet with the intention of zips up and covers the bed. it has a plastic feel to it and is very cheaply made. now for the price, i still believe i got a excellent deal. i just need to go to the store and get some excellent sheets. the tag on the sheet says the foam bed is made in usa and the sheet is made in china.
the smell, what about the smell? mine hardly smelled at all and after one day, it pretty much subsided. now when you lay on it you can smell it but its faint. so either i lucked out or my nose isnt sensitive. i would recommend this to everyone.

We bought this and aired it out for a week, then positioned it on our bed to try it out. But, the smell was still so toxic with the intention of within minutes we had terrible headaches and felt nauseous. We immediately removed it and dragged it to another room (it’s gray, and you need two people to go a queen sized one). But our bedding and mattress were completely overtaken by the smell as well, even with the limited exposure. Now we’re washing all of the bedding and expression out the fixed mattress to get rid of the smell. How can people tolerate sleeping on this thing? We’re returning it.

I bought the Memory foam mattress for my grandaughter. She lives in San Francisco and goes to college there. She likes the mattress and said she has never slept on a mattress with the intention of was as comfortable as this mattress. It was delivered to her apartment building door just a couple days after I ordered it.

Product was delivered ahead of schedule. Reviews warned of the odor from the foam material but should had dissipated within a week. I left the mattress out for a week, but the odor still lingers to this date. Still the mattress is very comfortable. If I bought another I would let it air out alot longer.
