Price was right, but you get what you pay for. . .Cheaply made. Laid down on it and it was really hard. Set it up for sister-in-law, and she laid on it once and 2 of the plastic wheels broke. I don’t know, customer service was alright. I called about returning bed, cause of the broken wheels. . .but chose not to return it, too much hassle. $138 for bed, another $50 to ship it back, plus re-packing, time and effort. So why spend about $190 for $99 back. . its not really worth it. ”
